La Val’s 45 Seat Subterranean Theatre is now available to rent from 10am-10pm!

La Val’s Rental Pricing for Non-Profits or Community Arts Use:

Studio Rehearsals (minimum of 2 hours; work lights only): $28/hour
Studio Classes/Workshops (minimum of 2 hours; work lights only): $40/hour
Staged Readings (minimum of 2 hours; work lights only): $40/hour

Performances (includes lighting, sound, use of booth): $325/performance

Performance weekend (3 shows): $860
Security Deposit for theater use for performances: $350

La Val’s Rental Pricing for Corporate Events or Film Shoots:

Classes/Workshops/Meetings: $60/hour
Film shoots: $125/hour
Events (no food or beverages allowed): $550
Security Deposit for theater use for film shoots or events: $550

Please keep in mind you will need to provide your own insurance (a minimum of $1,000,000 general liability) to rent and that amplified music is NOT allowed in the space.

We will only be able to hold the space for theatre companies that have submitted their paperwork and deposit. This is the best way for us to make sure that we keep Theatre Lunatico running and continue to make the La Val’s Subterranean space available for other theatre companies.
