Theatre Lunatico’s Shoebox Shakespeare Series was launched in September, 2015, with a production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream at the Little Tivoli Theater in Mill Valley, CA.

The aim of this series is to provides actors and audiences with the opportunity to explore Shakespeare’s works in small, intimate theatre venues. The Theatre Lunatico ensemble brings compelling and accessible productions of Shakespeare’s works ‘up close and personal’.  The focus of this work is on a deep and thorough understanding of the text, brought to life through vigorous and courageous performances that honor the integrity of Shakespeare’s works.
